Yes. HTX manufactures precision metal parts strictly according to customer drawings and specified material specifications. If your designed parts comply with RoHS, we will also ensure they comply with RoHS.

We can offer both processes, but we now primarily use laser etching, as it produces much better results than chemical etching.

Before the advent of laser etching, methods for marking included physical engraving, letter punching, or chemical etching. These methods were and still are used, but they become difficult when dealing with the increasingly complex surfaces of modern parts, making painting or printing challenging. While chemical etching is still feasible, it is time-consuming and costly in terms of materials, and there are concerns about the product itself reacting chemically with the etching solution. Therefore, we now primarily use laser etching.
