HTX Precision Machining Workshop has 5 five-axis CNC machining centers, as well as multiple CNC milling machines and vertical grinding machines. We specialize in processing various irregularly shaped parts, perfectly suited for irregular custom parts used in various metal and plastic molds.
We can also custom-manufacture other non-standard parts based on customer drawings, widely used in industries such as electronics, aerospace, and mechanical equipment.
Slow-speed Wire EDM Designed for Precision Parts
Multiple wire EDM and slow-speed wire EDM machines are used to produce higher-precision products, improving machining accuracy and virtually eliminating the need for secondary grinding. The resulting products have sharp edges, high dimensional accuracy, and the process virtually eliminates any reduction in hardness or deformation of the mold steel material.
One-Stop Lathe Machining for Guide Pins, Bushes & Punches
HTX owns over 10 CNC lathes for machining mold components. Stable, high-volume rough machining is suitable for punches, ejector pins, guide pillars, and bushings, and custom mold parts. This allows for faster delivery to meet customer needs.

HTX has an 8,000-square-meter factory. Our company is equipped with 67 professional processing machines and 18 inspection devices, such as 20 slow wire EDM machines, 12 CNC machines, 15 numerical control machines, and 2D and 3D measurement machines, etc. Our precision can reach up to ±0.002mm, and our daily production capacity is 20,000 pieces. We also hold SGS certification and patents, and our products meet ISO quality standards. We serve various fields like aerospace, electronics, and medical.
